Classic City Heights will be a premier senior apartment community serving residents that are 55+ years old and earning between 30%–70% of the area median income for Athens-Clarke County. The community is conveniently located on Atlanta Highway, close to many desirable amenities and activities. Classic City Heights is adjacent to an ACC Transit Stop serviced by Route 20 – Georgia Square Mall and less than a mile from a stop serviced by Route 20, Route 6 – Hancock/Baxter, and Route 21 – West Athens.

The community will be highly amenitized, featuring elevators, a community room, an exterior gathering area, an on-site laundry facility, a furnished fitness center, and a community garden. Classic City Heights will be developed in partnership with the Athens Housing Authority, enabling the community to serve residents earning as low as 30% of the area median income while expanding services and fostering partnerships
