Financed as a 4% LIHTC project with tax-exempt bonds issued by the Nashville & Davidson County Metropolitan Government Health & Educational Facilities Board, tax credit equity from Hudson Housing Capital and Bank of America, Amazon Housing Equity Funds, the Barnes Fund, and debt from Bank of America and JLL.
