Woodhaven Together is a proposed new-construction community in the Woodhaven neighborhood of east Fort Worth, near I-30 and Loop 820. The site sits on the former Woodhaven Country Club, a 150-acre golf course acquired by Crescendo Development, who has since rezoned the property and secured plat approval. The development will offer a variety of floor plans ranging from one to four bedrooms, including apartments, townhomes, and live-work units, along with a wide array of amenities that promote an active, connected lifestyle.

The development is proposed to be in partnership with the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation. Planned amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool, playground, coworking space and study rooms, community kitchen, activity room, walking paths, and more.
