Avenue Flats is a family-focused affordable housing community located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The 184-unit development promotes housing diversity with income restrictions ranging from 30% to 80% AMI. Thoughtfully designed to reflect the coastal character of the region, the community will include three residential buildings, a central clubhouse, and direct access to a multi-use path.
The project is financed through LIHTC equity from RBC and First Citizens, with support from the City of Wilmington, the New Hanover County Endowment, and other local housing funds.
