Beacon Crossing

Seattle, Washington

Beacon Crossing is a planned 126-unit affordable housing community in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood, just blocks from the Sound Transit station. Developed in partnership with the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, the eight-story building will include a mix of studios–3 Bedroom units, with ground-floor retail space to enhance street activity. Seventy percent of units will serve households earning 50% of AMI, with the rest for those earning up to 60%.

Financing will include LIHTC equity, a deferred developer fee, and a mix of soft funds and loans from the City of Seattle, the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Amazon, and other public and private partners.
