Vashon, Washington
Creekside Village on Vashon Island will bring 41 units of affordable family housing to the island. Developed in partnership with Shelter America Group, the community includes three residential buildings and a multifunctional community building with a manager’s unit. Seventy percent of units will serve households earning 50% AMI, with the remaining 30% at 60% AMI. Financing includes LIHTC equity, a deferred developer fee, and soft funds/loans from the Washington State Housing Trust Fund and other partners.
