Developed in partnership with MSC, the community includes a clubhouse, play area, garden space, and picnic areas, with future on-site services provided by the Multi-Service Center. A 99-year affordability period ensures long-term stability for residents.
Financing was achieved through a competitive blend of 4% LIHTCs, tax-exempt bonds, and support from regional and national partners including King County, Amazon, and Enterprise.
